Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need a valid email address and payment method. We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After dispatch, we're unable to make changes but our returns policy will apply.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed. If you don't receive it within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days on standard shipping, or 1–3 business days on express. International orders take 7–21 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping is available on domestic orders. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Use it to follow your package on the carrier's website.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes in their country.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

What if my item arrived damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item and include photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Product Quality & Used Items

How do you ensure product quality?
Every item we list — new or used — is evaluated against our internal quality standard before being added to the store. We don't sell products we wouldn't buy ourselves.

What does "Certified Used" mean?
Certified Used items are pre-owned products that have passed our functional and cosmetic quality review. Each item is graded (A+, A, B, or C) based on its condition, and the grade is clearly displayed on every listing. See our Used Products page for the full guide.

Can I return a used item?
Yes. Certified Used items are covered by the same 30-day return policy as new products.

Are used items tested before dispatch?
Yes. Every item in our Certified Used collection is functionally tested and cosmetically graded before listing. Items that don't pass are not sold.

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access your order history.
